The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Anyone know a fix for this? 

Its my first time using the plugins for a long time, I updated and replaced all files but still seem to be getting this.

    Thank you. Bit of misunderstanding there on my behalf. I do apologize. Just the installation guide still says that you need both installed.
