Blurry filter after going on duty

Hi, i installed LSPDFR yesterday, and when i'm going to police station, the vision gets blurry when inside and then after going on duty, cant do anything with it :/ 

 

I also have tried to disable Main.PreloadAllModels but it didnt do anything with the blur, I tried also to turn off blur in game settings, but still no change of vision
