Random Crash at the Mt. Chiliad tunnel

Featured Replies

** Edit:  I found out that the Paleto Bay Sheriff Office MLO by matus77 caused the game to crash when you enter this tunnel.

To fix that issue all you need to do is delete the cs1_16_interior_v_sheriff2_milo_.ymap from the paletopd_metadata.rpf (inside the MLO folder) and it won't crash anymore! (thanks to Dogamizer for the solution).

Yesterday, I found out that if you drive thru Mt. Chiliad tunnel from the Paleto bay area, your game will suddenly crash.

It will only heppens when you run the game with Rage plugin hook and LSPDFR installed.

I tried and run the game without Rage plugin hook and drive the same way thru the Tunnel and the game doesn't crash.

(It doesn't matter if you on duty or off duty, the game will still crash inside that Tunnel.)

I added an example video and the Rage crash report:

The solution was found.

I would need the full log to check in more detail the problem, but I can tell you guess that most likely the cause of your problem is a mod that you installed inside the mods folder. To verify this try disabling the mods folder, renaming it to _mods. See a little, if it gives success

Yup, the game crashed because the paleto bay sheriff office interior mod.

Gratefully, I found the solution to fix that issue.
