Error Message in Console leading to LSPDFR Crash

So recently I got a call of a vehicle pursuit and accepted the response to that call and almost immediately LSPDFR crashed and I really don't have anything installed that seems relevant other than a single Police (ELS) vehicle and EUP. The only relevant information I could find in the console about the crash was this:
(So I was thinking maybe that "StatePatrol" part has something to do with the crash?)
