The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Hi, I have a few addon and replacement cars installed and modified the vehicles.meta and carvariations.ymt, and all cars spawn as they should either ambiently or when spawned by me,

There are no duplicate entries in vehicles.meta or carvariations.ymt but some of them show twice in simple trainers added vehicles menu.

I've included a screenshot and highlighted the duplicates
