In your main gta folder open "commandline.txt" and see if anything is doubled, eg: -disablecustomloadingscreen-disablecustomloadingscreen, that is if it has anything written in it (it may be empty which is no prblem for the game)

Failing that, upload your Ragepluginhook log to here and someonr may be able to point you in the right direction
