If it doesn't work, try the last step I asked you earlier. If that doesn't work either, you might try reinstalling GTA 5

still same i unistall the game and install and still the same @MattexD

At this point I have run out of ideas. This could be an lspdfr bug in the API. If we really want to remove any doubts, it also sets:

WorldEvents.MaxNumberOfEvents = 0

 

 

I do not know, I did it and it still does not work, they still attack me, I will uninstall it and I will not play it because without it you can not do anything, you stop now go and shoot you I wanted to have fun like others do it as I see in YouTube videos but nothing if you eat something that will fix it, contact us or e-mail because I have already given up because I can't do anything, even if I want to stop shooting, new ones will appear

Maybe it`s Madrazo`s gang who always attacks Michael when he is in the city? Did u finish the story mode? Cause in yr screenshot those guys look like Madrazo`s gang. So you should complete a couple of missions (Trevor`s missions as I remember) until you get rid of Madrazo`s guards. So I suppose this script from Story mode overlaps the world with LSPDFR.

Also, there may be an option, maybe I will try to save, change or do these missions and it may be true what you write, I will try and inform you @TrojanTrj
