The error says "slow system or insufficient permissions or bad anti virus " 

 

 

i am trying to run this on a laptop... that im sure not up to meant to run games like this  but it does run GTA pretty smooth when it is just GTA V on story mode.. 

 

 

i am getting a new gaming CPU next week with

 GTX1080 ti EVGA OC 

16 gb corsair dominator 266 MHz 

MB- X99s SLI Krait Edition 

CPU- I7 5820k Overclocked to 4.2GHz 

 

 

but i am testing mods etc before it gets here 

 

is this error because my computer just isnt powerful enough?
