Random Crash On-Duty

Yo yo, after being about 10 minutes on duty and just driving around, I randomly get a RPH crash. Anyone have any idea why? If there's additional info needed other than the crashlog, I will provide.

I had to put it into a zip because it would not allow me to upload the .txt directly.

You have LSPDFR+ and Assorted Callouts; both our out of date plugins which I advise you remove.

Failing that, attach your RagePluginHook log - a text doucment found in your main directory.
