The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

LSPDFR Crashes when plugins load

So, I'm new to LSPDFR. Last week I had it installed and was able to play it just fine. Recently however I started having issues with textures not loading properly, so I followed a video on how to fix that (set preload to false is basically what it said). Didn't fix the issue and instead game started crashing. Well I reset it, and game kept crashing. I don't remember what I did but I eventually sort of fixed it. Now however, LSPDFR is shutting down after I reload all plugins. I uninstalled everything from GTA. Uninstalled GTA, reinstalled it, verified the files, then followed GAMING 4 LIFE's video on installing LSPDFR. I have 0 plug ins installed, 0 mods (not even a mod folder cause I hadn't even gotten to setting that up). I've attached a video link because I wanted to show what was happening, and couldn't figure out how to add the file here.

Any help would be very much appreciated. I want to play this mod so badly.
