2 working ELS North yankton vehicles with codes 1-3

i used a textures pack on different vehicles after trial and error for hours i was able to create 2 different north yankton vehicles with working code 1-2-3 ELS. couldnt find it anywhere with ELS.

so using 2 different car packs and a texture pack i finally got it down. 

if anyone is interested in how or the if im able to just send the files they are all set up for POLICEOLD1 and POLICEOLD2
