This has happened about three times now and each time I have checked the logs I have found nothing. It happens at random points as well; as I am driving, finishing a call, etc. I have attached my RageHook and OpenIV log. Any help is greatly appreciated.

You have many out of date plugins.

I'd check what LSPDFR plugins you have installed, and if they are updated for 0.4.6 or less I advise their removal to improve stability.

I just did and the game crashed unexpectedly again. Could it be an issue/conflict with StopThePed because the game crashed when I was arresting a ped.

Try removing RageShowMyLocation for me.

Sadly that didn't work. The past few logs I checked I noticed they generally end with LSPDFR trying to spawn a "police4" unit; I thought that might be the issue so I replaced the model I use with a new one, checked the related .meta files, and I replaced my carvarition file with a vanilla one. This didn't work either. Here is my most recent log🤦‍♂️:

Increase your Plugin Timeout Threshold to 60,000 - this can be done in the RAGE settings.

Failing that, rename your mods folder to _mods and retry.

Increasing the timeout threshold didn't work, but renaming the mods folder seems to have stopped the crashing.

That means the issue resides in there.

Have you installed a custom game config & heap adjuster?

Yes I have. Here are the ones I use:

Then that's fine.

Unfortunately, there is no way of me knowing what in your mods folder is causing your issue, but, it may be worth reverting any previous changes.

As well as, you could see if you have any 4K vehicles installed and if so, downgrade them to 2K.
