help,Traffic Block 1.4.0 crashed after loading lspdfr 

I am sure that my RageNativeUI and ragepluginhook,etc are the newest.

and the plugin was installed into GTA/plugins

I tried to set the IgnoreTabViews .ini option to true,but it did not work
