I'm using Patch 1.0.7.0 (because I'd downgraded the game) and whenever I launch GTA IV with LCPDFR it crashes and says that LCPDFR cannot save the game.

I'm very angry that YouTubers get this to work such as JoshuaFrameTV and I don't.

 

Edit: I Play Complete Edition and didn't install the patch for Completed Edition because once I've installed it and then LCPDFR Diagnostic Tools said that the required files was modified and the game wouldn't launch and I used the Downgrader that JoshuaFrameTV Provided in his Tutorial

 

any solutions?
