Script Hook V and Rage Hook Plugin confliction?

I recently installed Script Hook V because I wanted to download simple trainer. However, there were two problems,

 

1st Problem-->When I load into Story Mode and when I tried to open up Script Hook V, it said reloading error cuz of something missing in the main directory(not sure what is it)

 

2nd Problem-->After I launch Rage Plugin Hook into the game, the moment I type 'Reload All Plugins' and hit enter, the game crash

 

Any idea why is there a confliction between them? I see so many people online using them perfectly fine tho.
