I have commandline txt but textures are disappearing

I need some help my laptop is low end and I used to be able to play GTA IV before I had to send it in I had a kick ass commandline but I don't remember which one it was though. I am trying to play GTA IV but I really want to play I hope someone can help me thanks !!

I dont know what you used, but i used this one, game will start windowed you will have to manually set resolution, this works for me, i have no missing textures, hope this helps.
