Have you tried disabling the mods folder, changing it from mods to _mods? If the game always crashes on the desktop try starting the story mode (without Ragepluginhook) and see what happens

Doesn’t crash without rage plugin, and I think I might have fixed it still have to test because I’ve been busy all day. And if that doesn’t work I’ll try renaming it. I’ll tell you if it fixes it.

RagePluginHook_29062021_032210.log So I re-did all my mods, I uninstalled all of them now I have less on, but I'm still getting crashes. Usually after I accept a callout. Adn I mean all of them, my whole mods folder, lpsdfr etc.

Eye because I do not intend the mods intended as plugins but as the "mods" folder in which vehicles, weapons etc are installed;
I'm pretty sure the problem is a vehicle. For this I recommend that you recreate that folder
