Game loads up vanilla

Hello, first time trying out this mod and having an issue getting it to work. The RPH launches the game just fine, I see all of the custom loading messages and then the game loads up my save file as Franklin. No police stations on the map, no special tab in the pause menu, but the console opens up when I press F4. Not getting any errors popping up or anything. Any advice?

Opening the command console is good it means that Ragepluginhook has been started correctly. To play lspdfr you can use two ways and between these two, I advise you to use the automatic and manual methods. In your case, the manual one, to start lspdfr you have to type with f4 LoadPlugin LSPD First Response.dll and press enter and done this will start LSPDFR, then you will have to create your character and go into service or with f4 or enter a police station in your choice (the character must have already been created). The automatic method will launch LSPDFR in loading the game. To activate this go to Ragepluginhook (.exe) and in the screen that will appear you will have to be quick to press the gray gear key; done this in the Plugins section, go to the Load these plugins on startup option and add LSPD First Response. Remember to save and launch the game
