Does anybody know to how to recover deleteed files or messed up files. Thanks.

Depends if these were deleted and written over or just deleted and not written over by windows.

If they were just deleted and not yet written over you can try one of the programs listed below.

Otherwise it maybe rather hard to recover those files.

PC Inspector File Recovery 4.0

Recuva 1.43.623

If you are having problems with recovering data from drive that may have deleted files or the data is corrupted.

You may try a program called Spinrite.

http://www.grc.com/sr/spinrite.htm

This program is run from a .ISO image (burn the ISO to a disc with a program like imgburn, then have the system boot from the iso).

Spinrite works wonders on recovery data from a faulty drive (bad sectors, disk failure, etc). It may take a few to tens of hours to full recovery but it can work miracles on damage/failing hard drives.

What do you mean by messed up?
