Crashes after DL ANY MOD PLEASE HELP!!!!

Hey All,

 

LML and GTA V all work fine, once I download a mod (any mod) once loading the game everything crashes. If I run just LML GTA V and RAGE its fine but once I add any single mod it never works always crashes upon start up. I have tried deleting and re installing everything, I deleted all the mods and installed new ones you name it. the Error message is not very  helpful and does not throw  a specifc code or reasoning. PLEASE HELP I  and newly back into gaming after 15 years away bought a new gaming PC almost specifically for this and I am heart broken I cant get it to work. I am a disabled USMC veteran and need all the distractions I can get right now. GOD BLESS and thank you in advance for any  help!
