i just recently replace the speedo van with a custom els Coroner van and when i call for Coroner to come they dont respond with light or sirens. ive been looking around on youtube and could not find anything about how to change the response type for Coroner so if it is possible please let me know

Alright, so 2 things did you use Lenny's Mod Loader to download it? (https://www.lcpdfr.com/lml/index/) Aswell this pack is non ELS so you will need to edit the color code under each siren section in the carcols.meta. There's more information in the FAQ in the pack you installed.

Check your ultimate back up ini file and make sure it's true that they can come in with lights and sirens.
