I'm trying to download a pack I saw a person giving a tutorial on in youtube, their BCSO skins, but for some reason when I pull up the EUP menu and go to wardrobe, There's not a single character that has a vest on, The characters that are supposed to be wearing a vest just have a glitched chest where the clothes are phasing through

I followed all of his steps but for some reason the vests aren't showing
