EUP ultimate editions problems

I hope this is the correct forum for this.

I got 2 problems. I installed EUP: https://www.lcpdfr.com/downloads/gta5mods/character/8151-emergency-uniforms-pack-law-order/ + serve and rescue and eup ultimate editions. I installed all car packs on that site:https://www.lcpdfr.com/downloads/gta5mods/datafile/32429-eupfr-ultimate-edition/.

Now first problem is sahp backups coming as a plain blue cars. Patrol or swat doesent matter they come all same. I installed Jacobmaate's sahp pack as its on eup ue site and i use Milo's La Mesa SAHP station mod.

Second problem is all swat units has missing arms. LSPD LSSD BCSO FIB they all have no arms.

I tried to solve these but i messed up and have to reinstall everything. Anybody care to help me please ?

Also I use ultimate backup so I installed eup ultimate backup:https://www.lcpdfr.com/downloads/gta5mods/datafile/22434-ultimatebackup-adds-eup-uniforms-to-ultimate-backup/

Other departments seems nice, I dont think its the cause but you'll neve know.
