So out of all the mods such as MVGA, REDUZ, VISUAL V and others, which one has the least fps drop and is suitable for a low end pc like mine(specs below). I'm currently running 800X600 resolution with all settings to lowest and shader/post fx to very high. My game looks trash but I get 50fps average with some drops. So which mod makes my game better without losing fps? 

Pc specs:

Intel i5 quad core

Mx250(low end GPU) 

8Gb ram

1Tb hdd
