The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Every time I try to launch the game with RPH it gives me a message that says "slow system or insufficient permissions or bad anti-virus. If the problem persists restart your computer." I've tried disabling my anti-virus, restarting the computer, and renaming the install folder. And I've watched like a bazillion how-to videos to fix it an none of them work.
