Game crashes directly after launch

Spoiler

Hello,

in advance there are already many threads, I have already done some things but still get no further. I'm sorry if this is probably a common problem. Unfortunately, this is all new to me. My game starts and I can move freely for about 10 seconds, then my game crashes

I downloaded LSPDFR normally, I installed it with the automatic program. My drivers are all new.

However, the game keeps crashing after a few seconds.
I have already done the following (found here in the forum).

Main.PreloadAllModels = true/fals set (found in the forum here)
WorldEvents.MaxNumberOfEvents = 0/1 (set from 0 to 1)

I also tried each other one time to 0 then to 1 and Preload Modes to false and true. (So that all combinations are through)

However, my game always crashes after a few seconds, I've done a log below, maybe someone will figure it out.

I hope someone can help me, I am desperate.
Thanks in advance!

About help I am very happy

Greetings

Current settings (I had changed for the purpose of forum help)
(Problem was already before, so I had changed this)

# Recommended preset
Main.PreloadAllModels = false
Callouts.Multiplier = 250
WorldEvents.IntervalMultiplier = 1.0f
WorldEvents.MaxNumberOfEvents = 0
Chase.CopsCanCommandeerVehicles = true
