Ragehook crashing everytime theres a mod in the game

So i installed LSPDFR today and i was attempting to play it with mods and no matter what i did the game would just keep closing instantly and give me a crash log, but it only happens with mods so if i start it with out them it works fine if i start it with lets say just 1 mrap mod rage plugin hook will crash every single time the game starts, And do keep in mind i do have NVE installed which also works with out mods, i even put the timout on 60000 and it still crashes, i just dont know what to do with ragepluginhook anymore if it just keeps crashing with only 1 vehicle mod, If anyone finds a fix please tell me it and do keep in mind i wont be looking on the site every 24 hours, Oh and heres what my files look like right now And ELS was not the issue cause i tried and it had the same result
