My Police Lights Don't Work AT ALL

Hi. So I've wanted to download many cop cars here from lcpdfr. Although whenever I actually download vehicles anywhere now the light dont work at all. And im not talking like the too dark or the patterns are messed up I'm talking like they don't work at all. They are like headlights. When ever you turn the car on the lights turn on and stay like that. I have a mod where it separates the siren from the lights which is Q and ALT and when I press Q only the tail lights start to flash. Please help its ruining my roleplay server. If you need any videos or screenshots to get a better understanding of what i mean I will be happy to link some.
