Hello, I've tried most fixes for this issue, but nothing seems to solve anything. 

 

I'm using Direct X 11, forced windowed mode, changed threshold to 30000 and 60000 (neither work), and this is all based on a fresh GTA 5 install and LSPDFR install. Everything loads fine, nothing wrong with Ragehook, but then I load to the scene with Michael at his therapist's and if I skip it I get an infinite loading screen. If I don't skip it, it just tries to get me to play a broken form of the mission with Franklin boosting cars that doesn't work. Please help, thanks. 

 

Also, I used the official install video and followed every step.

Hey Blanksy,

 

I order to play LSPDFR you need to load a savegame with the prolog already completed. 
Load the game without Rage Plugin Hook, go through the prolog mission and then save the game when done, after that you should be able to load LSPDFR normally.

You can try these as well:

 

1. Check if the game loads without RAGE. If it doesn't you may have an issue with your game files/mods folder. Revert your previous game file changes with OpenIV. Prior to doing this make sure GTAV is updated

2. If it loads succesfully in story mode you are most likely having a LSPDFR issue.

Make sure you don't have outdated plugins and do the following:
1. Access the RAGE settings either hold Shift while opening RAGE or click the gears icon on the splash screen

2. Increase your Plugin Timeout Threshold to 60,000 - DO NOT set it higher as 60,000 is the maximum value
