LSPDFR Crashing on Startup (mods folder issue)

Featured Replies

so I have just done a fresh GTA install and fresh install of LSPDFR, got all the plugins installed etc. and went to start the game, while the mods folder is active, the game crashes on startup every time, after renaming the folder to "_mods" this crash no longer persists, but once in game I teleport to a PD and go on duty, after a few seconds all my plugins begin loading and then LSPDFR crashes (not the whole game though seems to be related to going on duty or the plugins loading), could really use some help as still new to this, I am using some basic plugins, ELS, an ELS vehicle pack and some modded sirens, attached is the initial crash report when the mods folder is active, I will add another crash report shortly for the LSPDFR crash if I can get it.

Do not upload detailed crash report - only RPH developers can analyze it. Please upload a normal crash report (plain text), or RagePluginHook.log at your game directory.

Supporting is somewhat like locating an issue, then trying to apply a protocol that would eventually guide the subject to fix their game, and sometimes, on rare occasions, trying to diagnose a weird issue with everything you know.

new log uploaded

Download and install RageNativeUI at https://github.com/alexguirre/RAGENativeUI.

Note that this will only solve the plugin crashing issue - to solve your mods folder issue, reinstall your mods one at a time to get the mod caused the mods folder issue.

downloaded, (must've forgot it as it was included in another plugin I stopped using so didn't put the files in for the fresh reinstall), testing now.

seems to work so far, about to test with mods loaded again, my sirens don't work though so might need to figure that out.

by any chance do you have a vehicles.oac backup handy? my sirens are bugged, going to delete my mods and fix those issues next but I backed up via RPH and didn't realise its just a game backup I can't revert to since the game hasn't updated?

all issues are fixed as far as I'm aware, got a different siren set working, LSPDFR loads without crashing and plugins are also working fine, appreciate the assistance.
