While playing GTA 4, Screen suddenly goes black for half a second and then comes back. Is this happening to anyone else?

I have all my Fans on High, It can't be heat. And my drivers are up todate.

I recently reinstalled GTA 4 and its the first times it has ever done this to me. Previous times I had GTA installed it never occured.

Any help is appreciated, this is highly annoying for me.
