Halfway through the loading screen, rage plugin hook crashes

Im trying to figure this out, last thing i modified was the gameconfig.xml, changing it to the kingpin one as my addon vehicles didnt work, now ive got two problems lol

UPDATE : I FIGURED OUT THE CRASHING NOW I NEED HELP WITH THE ADDON VEHICLES
the addon vehicles dont spawn, im not sure why i put in the model name and they dont appear, im trying the BSCO 10 cars pack, any ideas?

Updated the extratitleupdatedata.meta and dlclist.xml here 

Where did i go wrong?

You only need to add the <Item>dlcpacks:/BCSO/</Item> line to your dlclist.xml located in mods/update/update.rpf/common/data

 

The BCSO folder goes in to GTAV\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks

 

after that, you should be able to spawn the car using a trainer or RPH. 

(I installed it myself and I'm able to spawn them)

 

If it still doesn't work attached your dlclist.xml and I check it for you

You aren't wasting my time 🙂

 

Are you using Rage Plugin hook to spawn the cars or something else? (I use RPH and just typed spawn 18charger into the console)

 

I also attached an example of how it should look in the dlclist.xml
