Hey, 

I downloaded LSPDFR (Epic Games) and it worked for most part good! I wanted to spice it up so I was gonna try to download some mods for it, more specifc "Traffic Policer" "Smart Radio" "Arrest Manager" and I looked at the installation videos and followed them. It could be me who fucked up but still need help! I have now uninstalled LSPDFR and reinstalled GTAV also Verified it and tried to Re install and other methods multiple times!! Now every time I go into GTAV (Even without LSPDFR Installed) I just have an unlimited loading screen. I get to where u choose online or Story Mode but after that, its just an unlimited loading screen! Ive tried waiting, I one time just had my PC on while I took a walk and my friend (Trough screenshare on Discord) Watched if the loading screen did end while I called him on the phone, we waited an hour without results. Just a Loading Screen.

Please help I want to play LSPDFR but now I cant! If this doesnt work maybe I have to buy the game on Steam just to get it to work or something...

Try run barely GTA V without any other mods, just LSPDFR & RPH.

So to download LSPDFR and Rage Plugin Hook and just run the game with that and nothing else? Gonna try thx

 

I remember now too that I have the "Traffic Policer" "Smart Radio" and "Arrest Manager" Still on my PC, Just on the Desktop tho, not in any files? Is that ok or should I remove it fully from my computer? Cause as I said theres nothing in the GTAV Install from those mods?

 

EDIT: When I try to download the LSPDFR (I follow this Guide) So I have it installed but now when I try to launch the game as they do in the video, this error screen shows up: Image Inserted.  If I press "No" then it just closes down, if I press "Yes" Then nothings happens but Rockstar Games Launcher says its open, I check Task Manager and it is but not on the top, very far down instead. So the game opens in the background kinda but doesnt open for me!

Tried the tip

Ok so I got into the game after deleting the Scripthook files, But still the Loading Screen that just DOESNT END 😠 

 

Your scripthook is out dated.

 

when ever are encountered, it is ok to move files to desktop, being on the desktop doesn't effect the game unless they are actually in the folder when the GTA.exe or PlayGTA.exe is located.

I downloaded Scripthook and all that and tried to do it again, I still dont get out of the loading screen! Most of it seems like working except the fact that the loading screen doesnt wanna end.

When you say "unlimited loading screen", are you talking about with or without RPH attached. (Attached meaning you lauched GTA via rage or via epic games launcher)

 

Also try going into the RPH settings and disable "Load these plugins on startup" then try launching GTA via RPH my clicking "save and lauch" at the bottom right on the RPH settings.

Well I have Launched trough Rockstar Games Launcher (They said so inte the guide too) And I think 2 times trough Epic! I can show a picture how it is but RAGE is attached in the corner and it says "Going into Story Mode with RAGE Plugin Hook" Im going to try with Rage now and try both ways as you said. Thx

 

EDIT: Well I tried to Launch via Rage and the second pic was, I turned on the Loading Screen thing too so I could see what was the problem in loading, it said "Loaded LSPD First Response" But nothing after that and didnt launch so I am going to try as u said, turn off the "Load these Plugins on Startup"

 

EDIT: Now it doesnt even want to launch from Rage it just says "Launching Game" Without anything happening, and Epic and Rockstar Game Launcher says its "Running" but I look in the Task Manager and nothing is there!

Try naming your mods folder from “mods” to “_mods” and attempt to launch via rage.

In screenshot 2, does it crash or just infinity load?

I dont have a mods folder cause I have "Vanilla" LSPDFR.

For your question its just an infinite load and it kinda doesnt even launch now, I have to start the game and right before it launches start Rage so it launches it kinda.

If I only start Rage and let it launch nothing happens

I’ve had that same issue before and I had to update it, unfortunately I’m not sure if that would fix your issue and you’ve probably tried reinstalling RPH or at least replacing RPH’s files with new ones. Can you try and launch GTA via the R* Launcher and this time dont hook RPH and see if it starts?

And also PoliceSmartRadio is outdated.

If that doesn't work, you can try run GTA V without RPH. In some game outdated cases, SHV would crash GTA while RPH is not attached, but it will make it load forever if RPH is attached.

Well I have the infinite loading screen all the time.

When I launch from RPH, infinite loading screen

When I launch from RGL and then hook RPH, infinite loading screen

When I launch and dont hook RPH, infinite loading screen

When I launch before downloading LSPDFR again, infinite loading screen

 

Mods folders, not that I know of these I have: 

@CountOG You don't have mods folder.

Can you rename ScriptHookV.dll to _SHV and see what happens?

 

EDIT: You might have to disable your ASI loader. To do that, rename dinput8.dll to _ASILoader.

@CountOG Remove the extension. Also, rename your dinput8.dll which is your ASI loader, to _ASILoader, also remove the extension.
