The Getaway Project

Hello!
I'm starting a new/long project to bring The Getaway series to life inside of GTA V.
Basically turning GTA V into a 2004 era London.
It'll include most of the vehicles (specifically the police cars), some audio, hopefully NPC's and map-texture changes.
Pretty much i'd be buying high quality vehicle models of cars that were featured in the game but I need help finding people (who i'd pay) who can then take the models, replicate how they look (turning them into replicas of the police cars from The Getaway etc) and then putting them into GTA V.
If anyone wants to help, or knows someone who could help then let me know!
This'll be quite a long project as car models are expensive and i'm not rich heh
