I just found out about LSPDFR tonight and installed. I have not been able to run it and anytime I open RageHook my game crashes and application says: 

Could not hook game process. Insufficient permissions or bad anti-virus.

Please try again. If the problem persists, please restart your computer.

 

I've disabled windows anti-virus. And the game runs fine w/o the RAGEPluginHook.

Do not disable your antivirus, instead make an exception of the GTAV folder.

Do you have any other antivirus' other than Windows Security/Defender?

No I don't have any other antivirus. I did add an exception in windows firewall.

You need an exception with Windows Security, not Firewall.

But that what I was saying in my original post. I disabled windows security completely and it did not fix my issue. I don't have any other anti-virus.

And I will say it again, do not disable Windows Security.

Ok, added The GTA V folder and RAGEPLuginHook.exe as an exception in windows security and still crashes when I launch RagePlugin. 

Please confirm you haven't moved, renamed or created a backup of your directory with the same name.

I don't believe so. The only thing I've done was create a backup when I first launched the RageHook plugin.

Do you GeForce Overlay or RivaTuner?
If so, disable it.

Disabled Overlay and have uninstalled rivatuner.

Ok, I got it to where I can launch the game with LSPDFR running. However, when ever I try to press E to go on duty I am unable to do so. Any fixes?

Try and force duty through the console.
What happens then?
