ELS Lighting Issue

Hello,

 

I am trying to make an ELS vehicle in Zmodeler3, however when I test the vehicle in-game, the ELS lights are only visible from certain angles and they're not bright enough during the day.

On the above video, I have two round led's on the front bumper and on the underside of the wing mirrors. 

 

The emissive doesn't appear to be 360?

The emissive's are at the top of materials browser but after the default one.

 

The lights & extras are the first one in structure under hierachy.
