The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I know there are a lot of threads for this issue, but none of them seem to have helped fix my problem. I have followed all of the instructions on how to install RPH onto GTAV, but I am getting the slow system or insufficient permissions error. I have tried everything that I've seen on Google, videos, the forums, etc. Here is a full list in no particular order:

 

- Ran RPH in administrator.

- Turned off my anti-virus.

- Changed folder paths, but this stopped GTAV from opening since I have two copies (one for LSPDFR and one for FiveM).

- Turned off the NVIDIA GeForce Experience in-game overlay.

- Updated my graphics drivers to the newest version.

 

Any help would be appreciated!
