i recently download the 1st response mod, before that i installed frame work c++, els police cars, the whole nine yards and when i installed els the second i get ingame, it crashes before i can even take a step. as an added measure i uninstalled and reinstalled gta and reinstalled 1st reponse and im still getting the same error whats going on?

Try removing xlive and just try dsound. If it doesen't work, leave the dsound be and post the diag log tool.

i was forgetting to run the program a administrator thanks for the help...1 last question cant i also play as fire/ems with this mod?

LCPDFR doesn't (at the moment) allow you to play as fire/EMS. There are other mods available.

And will propably never let you play as fire or EMS.
