I understand the problem, but his mods are the best out there and I don't know any alternatives. Does anyone still make mods similar to his?

    I've found that BejoIjos mods pretty much replace all of Albo's mods. This includes StopThePed, UltimateBackup, and Compulite. The mods are updated very often and have even more features then Albo's. You can find them all at https://www.bejoijo.com/
