I have recently foung this particular mod after i was dissapointed by LA Noire and am thinking about getting GTA4 for pc and this mod so was asking if you think that I should and also I was wondering if there is some sort of multiplayer server as I have told me friend about the mod and he said he was going to get it and I would want to play with him.

If id do get this mod could you tell me if its easy-ish to download skins (as the only modding experience I have had would be in Minecraft) because I wanted to dowload some good british police skins, if anyone has a link or could point me to them.
