The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I'm using a uniform pack for LSPDFR and I'm noticing that when I call for backup through Ultimate Backup the peds will generate around 50% of the time with the default cop ped, I know this is an issue with Ultimate Backup as when I call for backup with the default LSPDFR menu they arrive 100% of the time with the modified pack that I put in. I messed around with the agencies XML to no outcome, does anyone know a fix? And is anyone having or had the same issue as me?
