The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

The error say the same thing. Sorry but where exactly did you install the RageNativeUI.dll file?

 

EDIT: It seems, that another user is also having the same problem, I really believe that RageNativeUI has something wrong. I can advise you to install the older version to see if that temporarily fixes the problem

    I installed it in the main folder, I was thinking it might be an issue with the latest release. I'm testing it now with the older version.
