ELS lights not working

Hello everyone. I can't seem to get the ELS lights to work. I have reinstalled ELS. Restarted my computer. Uninstall and Installed everything in the ASI manager as well as tried several different car mods

    Ya. Though not sure it matters I installed it after I installed everything else, as an after thought as I originally forgot to install it . When I did install it nothing changed. I also had numbers lock on and unfortunately unlocking it changed nothing either

    Also. For some reason I can not bring up the els panel in-game. Nor is there that little noise when switching through  lights and sirens

    Try removing it and see if there is a difference.
