The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I have no vehicles installed yet only plugins and sound changes. I have mass texture loss and the police stations/interiors are missing everything apart from walls (doors, desks, beds)

    I do have a mods folder, i've only installed RSE (the sounds) and replaced two gun models.
