I have reinstalled the game three times. Twice with mods and plugins, but still crashed. This time, I did a fresh install of the game with no mods except the LSPDFR, but still crashes during the loading screen. My anti virus is turned off whenever I launch the game. Can anyone help me?

I am currently having a similar issue. I found that changing "mods" folder to "_mods" allows LSPDFR to launch (I've done a complete clean reset install). This solves the launch problem but prevents me from adding cars. 

 

Try that, and then maybe together we can find a solution to the problem. But if it's a clean install it sounds like the same problem I'm currently having.

Please attach your RagePluginHook log - a text document found in your main directory

You have an error in your mods folder and, as you can see, it works when disabled.

If you have a gameconfig + heap/packfile adjuster installed then you have an error.

If you need further support I advise you make your own thread 👍
