The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

That is stop the ped and lspdfr keys overlapping press esc go to LSPDFR>Keys Look for interaction key and set it to nothing and that should fix the issue.

    Try changing toggle menu key to nothing too and also change the stop peds to also nothing and see if that works.

    i couldn't find Toggle menu key, i disabled the stop the peds key but they still overlap

    In that case just change the stop the ped interact key in the stop the ped.ini file. The ini can be found in GtaMainFolder/Plugins/LSPDFR
