New GTA V UPDATE (WHY AT THIS POINT) PART 3

After years of modding GTA V, broken game (by modding), finally repaired. Have started from scratch a couple of times, I have given up on modding and this LCPDFR thing, sorta. I sadden to hear each and every time that the only solution is reinstalling. That would be great if after reinstalling there was a one click solution to have all real cop cars, weapons, handling, sounds, lights, ELS, helicopters etc. But that is not the case!!! My game won't work anymore, after one night of it working and not working any more after an GTA V update the next day. The launcher will just go: LOADING then QUITTING. Now it's just sitting there taking up space.
