The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

LSPDFR crashing, something outside my mods folder.

Only when I try to get a five star wanted level with all my mods turned on. Than yes, it will crash without rage. 
Thanks for helping me again, my time zone is EST so maybe we will be able to coordinate our responses better 🙂

    Nevermind, it's working again. I don't know what was wrong. XD
