Interior Lights - Can't switch the off?

Running Menyoo trainer and noticed when I load any add on car (or even get into a random car)  they now all have a very strong colored lights both in the car interior and under the car!

But I seem unable to switch the effect off using the LED lights menu in the Menyoo trainer - any help to turn them off appreciated?

 

Note I think I may have turned the effect on accidently when I was customizing a car in Menyoo (but not sure in which menu) - also read someone posting that they had a similar issue and that the effect got permanently stuck on (note don't think its a mod specific issue as the effect appears on every car I spawn into or get into(add on and non add on - including police cars)
