What happens is that when I go to make an arrest I cannot interact with the NPC I can only press the ALT to surrender but it does not let me press the E or any other key to arrest him.
Do you know if it can be solved?
Also, he won't let me ask for transportation as if he didn't actually arrest anyone.

Charlie What happens is that neither the interaction poster comes out nor does it allow me to request transportation because it does not detect that I arrest anyone, I will try the mod. I don't know if it has anything to do with it but my keyboard is 60% and it does not have a numeric keyboard.

I mean that the text that says to press the "E" to arrest does not appear.

 

To arrest a ped who is fleeing (not just standing there) you need to point your weapon at them and then hold E

Try that for me.
